Sidecar

Ingredients:

1 1/2oz. Brandy or Cognac
1 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice
(your preference, we like to use lime juice)
Lemon Wedge or Twist
Granulated Sugar

Directions:

Wet rim of a Cocktail glass and dip in the sugar. Combine first three ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with Lemon.
